Back on the farm in Summer

I trailered a towable man lift (bucket lift) from Georgia to New York. The thing that made it eventful is that I had to drive my truck. My 2017 Chevy 3500 HD service truck (with only 31k miles) is not my Tesla. I have grown very accustomed to the Tesla self-driving, navigation and general hi-tech luxury. The truck, although I am very fond of my truck, is stressful and expensive to drive compared to the Tesla. Being on the farm alone has been an eye opener. I had forgotten how quiet and in-nature this place is. Very occasionaly a car or plane comes by and disrupts the void, but only occasionally. It has been very reflective. It is the first time I have been up here from Georgia without a specific date I must be back for... or so it seems. "All of humanity’s problems stem from man’s inability to sit quietly in a room alone."-- Blaise Pasacal mid 1600s. I guess I am working on humanity's problems. It can take a lot out of you. Wow. That week was fast!

I hired a personal trainer. I am having a metabolic study done Saturday so I can find my fat burning band. It is all pretty interesting. The workout I get with the personal trainer is pretty much amazing. It really makes that much of a difference. I learn a lot and my muscles are getting taught new things.

I ordered a new keyboard for my other laptop off ebay. The N and B keys aren't working. That is the computer with all the pics on it so I will have to mess around to get a pic posted here. I haven't been taking many pics in the last few days. I guess it all seems pretty routine around here now. The traffic can get really bad. You have to plan. I spent 1/2 an hour the other day going about 6 miles and that was normal for that stretch that time of day. Crazy. I am starting to get used to the really nice weather. The fall is really nice here. 50 degrees leaving for work and 70s during the day with clear sunny skys. Atlanta suits me well for a big city.

The pic below is of the Super H Mart, one of my new favorite stores. I dare say I like them better than Wegmans. Sometimes I go there for lunch for a Korean Number 5. If you don't mind a few prawn eyeballs looking back at you while you are eating, it is great!
