The Nissan Leaf on the Farm

Image
With tribute to USDA and other government furnished information of the post war advice converting Model-Ts to tractors --"Doodle Bugs". I towed the resurrected rear-ended 2013 Nissan Leaf up to Berkshire, NY from Duluth, GA. It is now in field trials as a farm machine in Upstate NY. Despite the lack of current ground clearance it is performing well in dirt and mud. I will be skidding firewood very soon. https://journal.classiccars.com/2018/06/08/doodlebug-1923-ford-model-t-tractor/ https://www.thehenryford.org/collections/explore/artifact/188731?AssetId=THF811118
The channel 34 news story was pretty good. Story Video
DJ is going to be on the 6:00 PM news tonight about her bakery. I think they will have it on the website as well after that. http://www.newschannel34.com/default.aspx I see my path, but I don't know where it leads. Not knowing where I'm going is what inspires me to travel it. --Rosalia de Castro

DJ's Grand Opening was a great success! It is a fascinating study watching the start-up risk evaporate. It just goes away, poof! The business is on plan. Now it is operational risk. The feedback was excellent and the viability seems clear.
