The Nissan Leaf on the Farm

With tribute to USDA and other government furnished information of the post war advice converting Model-Ts to tractors --"Doodle Bugs". I towed the resurrected rear-ended 2013 Nissan Leaf up to Berkshire, NY from Duluth, GA. It is now in field trials as a farm machine in Upstate NY. Despite the lack of current ground clearance it is performing well in dirt and mud. One month down already this year. It looks like it will be a fast year. The busier you are the faster it all goes for sure. Besides the organizations outside of work, work and all sorts of stuff we have been in Georgia, Florida, Michigan and Minnesota. Here are some pics of the plane and some of the fun. Lots of smooth power. I think I have flown 10 different 172s over the last few years. This one is special. It is pretty much the only one that is hanger-kept. We fly to the land of "Dawgs" and we posed with our "crew car". It is nice getting Marshaled in. They are great at KAHN.
