Memorial Day 2026

We have had a dry spring weather-wise this year. But now Mother Nature is making up for it. There was flooding on what we call "The Connector" in Atlanta. The connector is both I 75 and I 85 running through downtown. Needless to say it is a very large artery. The forecast looks like it will be rain for about 10 days. Here is a rare picture with at least a piece of each car in the current fleet. It is too many vehicles. It takes too much attention for all the care and feeding. The Humvee goes on display today. Today is day number 15,646. My new HP12c Calculator is really something. I really like using it. Fewer key strokes for almost anything. Class is going well. It is challanging and I am learning alot about something we should all be good at, Financial Management. I changed my mind at the last minute about buying a new truck. I am going to wait at least another year. I have other fish to fry and eat. Over the weekend I served as an evaluator for 4-H kids and their "public presentations". It was sorta fun. They let me talk about Toastmasters for 5 minutes before the awards were handed out.
