Vestry Graduate

I am no longer part of the Vestry at Christ Church Norcross. I served my full term as the Buildings and Grounds liaison. It was three years. There were a lot of items to deal with over the years. But the effort wasn't the work. It was the responsibility and knowing that I wasn't doing enough. I think most people get that feeling with obligations. Maybe not. I am sure the time and responsibility will be quickly reallocated. When I signed on I figured I would learn something. Now I am thinking about what I learned along with the hows and whys. I think my Grandfather would have approved. I live a charmed life. I was able to luck-out and get to see some of the Red Bull air race in Budapest this weekend. A few of the raw pictures.

I have been listening to much Reggaeton music. I particularly like this The Maluma blockbuster with the mix of Spanish and Portuguese. I have also added the "original" in Portuguese. The Maluma video was shot on one of the highest buildings in Sao Paulo. I have added a pic we took when we were in Sao Paulo a couple years back.

One of the springs broke on the garage door this week. I found replacement springs (wholesale) replaced them and was testing the door and the whole mess just exploded. It was a humbling experience. I could not fix it by myself. I had to call a professional. The new 1/2 bath laundry room is finally nearing completion. I think I have been working on it for about 8 months. I am ready to move on to another project already.
